  • Transit Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Saturday)

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, you will be notified via email when your order is delivered.

Currently, we ship within Kenya only.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Verify the shipping address provided.
